Four children are secretly browsing around a junkyard. They have to take shelter in an old bus because it is going to rain and thunder terribly. Suddenly, lightning strikes.

The lights of the bus come on and the radio broadcasts a program called The Horror Bus. A presenter, who calls himself P. Onnoval, tells horror stories. At first the children find the stories fun, but that changes when they realize that they have to listen whether they want to or not. They can also no longer get out of the bus.

Then a strange driver gets in and the bus takes off to an obscure destination.
